Blader Runner is without doubt my favorite movie of all time.So heres another painting of the lovely Pris from Blade Runner. I thought I would give a color painting a go.
Painted in Acrillic's and Gouach on paper 2005.

Sensational stuff! An awesome painting of one of my favourite characters. You're really good with acrylics, by the way. I mostly use household paints - enamels and the like - but not too long ago, I was using acrylics for figurative work and still lifes, and I could never get results like these. Same for the gouache.

i tend to just use acrylics as a simple yellow, mars red, burnt sienna, back wash then i apply gouche over the top but for this painting i wanted a of of texture especially on '
im gonna get the ultimate dvd for christmas or rather my girlfriend will
shoud provide plenty of inspriation

Though I don't particularly like acrillics (except for drawing landscapes. My mother is into that.), but this picture somehow manages to fascinate me
The character Priss is partly responsible for that. I always found her very interesting. At first she seems like a lonely, shy and lost girl who yearns for some company, but develops into what I would call a freak 
This pic is really cool depicting her as the freak
