Description Members of the Blue Rider Group, like Marc, Kandinsky, MΓΌnter, Werefkin and Jawlensky were attracted and inspired by this area between Murnau and Kochel in Upper Bavaria, Germany. Franz Marc conferred the honorary title of The Blue Land on this country.
