A lot of trial and error really, but using real photography setups and a decent HDRI for fill is usually good!

unfortunately there are not much iray-skins for Gianni 6, but only 1 converter i know.
This here looks fantastic and very realistic.
One of my favourites, but M7 with some morphs from SimonWM and RawArt is great too.

Absolutely. Gianni6 has some of the best skin of any Daz figure, and dialing in his body makes anything appealing. He looks great here. I still use him regularly.
