practice makes perfect... i try not to knock other people's art - there are enough people out there doing that to each other. while the hands are less detailed and focused than the face, they are enough to give the impression of the hands and what they are doing.
the hand in the foreground in particular i quite like, the bent angle of the wrist, and the slender fingers.
gives the girl in the image an almost wispy quality, conjures ghostly images of her holding the staff lightly and almost as though there is no weight to her. i like that unusual kind of vibe.

I'm trying to improve my skill. Haha it's a kind of difficult because although I know some anatomy theories, however, I don't sketch my picture carefully. I think I should fix my character ^^

the trick is in letting it flow, not over-trying. i found books on anatomy help, but only to a certain degree. if you enjoy drawing people, im sure it will come.
