Neat pic! I love the slender look you gave him. The only thing that I'm kind of unsure about is how bony his arms look-- granted, the snakelike parts of his body don't have much visible fat or muscle, but there's a sort of an odd contrast between the subtle curves of his snaky torso and the sharp straight edges of his arms, and I don't think it really helps the image.

The shading in this drawing is impeccable, and his glowing red eyes and yellow spirals definitely command the viewer's attention, along with the spiral emblem on his staff.

This is just wonderful, I was wondering when someone would draw the Serepentine in realistic style instead of the usual Lego interpretation. <3
The way you captured the depth of the eyes, the sheen and glow of both the venom in the staff and the individual scales is just amazing. I still can't get over how awesome and extrodenary this piece is.
Truely, a beautiful piece of artwork.
