Fairly quick, eight hours. It could definitely stand some cleaning up. This is the Night Elf priestess of the lovely lady who programs the Complex Actions website. She's cute!I don't know why her eyes are steaming. But it looks cool.

I usually spend about twenty hours on my "serious" portraits. 
I use Photoshop CS3 and a Wacom Intuous3 tablet.

So pretty! I really like how you made a noticable pupil for the eyes, most people just fill in the eye with silver and try to make it glowy.
