Since alot of people added there own favorite villain list, and all that awesome stuff
I also had to make one, with my own list of villains ofcourse!
So, if you don't like any of these villains! Yeaaah, then you should make your own list ofcourse

I mean, they need their own description ofcourse!!
1: The joker

The joker, now why did I pick him and not bane?
Well, I think both actors did a wonderfull job on the characters, no doubt.
But the joker isn't strong like bane, but just so insane and clever.
He kills his own guy's, hired anyone to work with him, and does anything to fight batman.
Heath did a wonderfull job on the joker, every scene with the joker is just fantastic!
He's very intimidating, as insane during the scenes.
Even though bane broke batman, I think the joker did that far better
By killing rachel, he forced him to retire and stay in the back for 8 long years.
The joker is just a smart, insane, clever villain and his performance was that of a legend
The joker is just my all time favorite villain
2: The surgeon

You're like a mouse trapped in a maze, looking for the cheese.
But gues what william, the cheese is all gone
The surgeon, he's behind everything in the dementium games and has been using william for his goal.
Why this guy is so epic? His outfit, his voice, his quotes.. everything is so damn awesome!!
The surgeon is clever, sinister and a very dark type of character.
Allowing his body to be the host for malatesta, and even releasing malatesta in the end to kill william.
But even after william killed the demon, the surgeon still gets the upper hand in the end.
This guy is just awesome, awesome! Did I mention awesome?
3: Albert wesker

Albert wesker, probably my favorite guy of the resident evil serie.
He's strong, powerfull, clever, and super human.
I gotta love at least almost every quote he even uses!
I mean, this guy is so awesome.. so badass!!
Its quite a shame they killed him off in the serie though
4: Lord shen

Well, here's your answer: Your parents didn't love you. But here, let me heal you
Of both kung fu panda villains, I'd say lord shen is my favorite.
The second film was truly beautifull, and showed so much emotion during the scenes
I actually think shen was a really nice villain, and actually felt with him during the scenes.
Attacking po's village, and aiming to rule all of china. Lord shen is quite clever and powerfull.
But the last scene between po and shen, was beautifull.
Shen is both arrogant as clever, and showed that when he killed his own general
And, he's a peacock! Thats just so awesome!!
5: Amon

Amon, from the start I loved this guy. A shady bad guy, wearing a mask.. thats so awesome
Amon is both intimidating and strong and a perfect leader.
Creating a powerfull group of non benders, and causing fear by removing people their bending.
Korra tried to show she wasn't afraid, but in the end she was like anyone else.
I really think amon is the best villain of the entire serie in avatar, mostly because he's actually strong
He's thinking steps ahead, he's powerfull, but ofcourse he's hiding behind his mask.
6: Davy jones

Davy jones, a man with a broken heart ( Well.. kind of actually )
In truth, I'd say he's alot more epic than captain blackbeard in the fourth film
I actually felt sorry for davy jones during some scenes, including the last fight with him and jack
He actually showed his emotions sometimes, wich really is kinda beautifull and sad at the same time
7: Slade / Deathstroke / Teen titans version

As soon as I started watching the serie, I loved this guy.
Started in the background, but slowly started building up in the serie.
Always one step ahead of robin, and his friends.
I just love how clever slade is, and how he can just fool anyone
Not to mention he's tough! (T)ough!
8: Doctor Octopus / Ultimate version

I've seen several Doc.Ock characters trough the spiderman series.
The original, and many others: Including the Movie version.
I liked the villain, but I never really thought the character was awesome.
However, the moment they introduced him in the Ultimate spiderman show, I started to love that sinister creep.
Why? This version requires the tentacles: Most others don't, they usually show him use his arms and legs.
But this time he needs the tentacles for everything, including combat.
Aside his appearance, he is a brilliant scientist, capable of creating the most powerfull machines.
Taking on the spiderman and his team: Tony stark, and the avengers themself: Threw him in this list.
9: Clockwerk

awaiting the day when I would finaly erase your family's thieving reputation
Clockwerk, consumed with hatred against the cooper clan. He fought them over hundreds of years, and became immortal during these years by replacing his mortal body with soulles machinery.
Clockwerk is probably my favorite villain of the game, and the serie.
Fighting him is already amazing, his quotes, his theme, he's awesome!!
I mean, come on! A psychopath machine owl!!
10: Lord blackwood
Quote: My powers and my assets were given to me for one purpose. A magnificent, but simple purpose: to create a new future
Why did I pick him and not professor moriarity?
Well, I thought he was a more interesting villain infact.
Killing innocent girls, faking his death, killing his own father, come on he's evil!
While moriarity was smarter and all that, I think he was just better actually.
Planning to rule all of england, his plan, I really loved how intimidating he was during scenes
11: Dracula

, but I wanted to try a different one )Dracula, every castlevania player must know dracula and fought him in the games!
The bad guy behind almost every castlevania game, and he never changes.
He's always in the throne room, waiting for belmont or another hunter to show up
But what makes him so awesome? Come on, its count dracula!
!! Bleeh bleh bleh!12: Harlan wade

Harlan wade, behind project origin and the replica's. Why did I pick him and not alma?
Well, alma is indeed the villain but she never had a chance on a normal life.
Her father used her for everything, never gave her love, never respected her.
He loved alice, but alma was just an experiment to him.
He agreed alma suffered enough, and released her.
Somehow, I think he knew alma would kill him
13: Razorbeard
Quote: You idiotic fool! Go get him and bring him back to me! Dead or alive!
Anyone who played raman 2 / revolution must know this guy.
The leader of the pirates, that awesome captain!
He's a pretty simple type of guy giving the orders
But ofcourse, he has to fight rayman himself once his troops fail him
I'd say he's a pretty epic villain, since he like other rayman villains got away
14: The witch king of angmar

The witch king must be my favorite character of the film, no doubt.
A slave to sauron, chasing frodo and his friends, and leading the armies of mordor.
Fair said, he would've killed eowyn if merry didn't stab him in his leg
But he's a pretty awesome guy, and showed gandalf his power
15: Master albert

Master albert acts as the good guy, and you'd also think he is the first time.
But he's the bad guy behind everything in the game, and uses everyone to reset the world!
Fooling even prometheus and pandora, he wants to be a god itself and reset the world to his like
I always like villains like him, there smart bastards that just fool others so easy
But there often too arrogant, wich leads to their downfall alot
16: Gol

Gol, obsessed with controling dark eco and wanting to change the world to his idea.
He changed alot once he started working with dark eco, such as his jaw and voice being different.
But he doesn't care about anyone, except working to his goal.
Building the precursor robot, kidnapping the sages, and trying to destroy the entire world.
This guy is a damn bastard, but he's damn awesome
17: Machinedramon
Quote: You can't rely on scrap metal when you want the job done right
Machinedramon, a mechanic brutal psychopath. He doesn't care about anything except destruction.
Willing to blow an entire town up, just to finish the digidestined or his own allies.
Machinedramon shows how cruel he is whenever he's around.
Come on, this guy is a giant war machine! You gotta love him
18: Discord

Discord is shown at the start of season2 in MLP FIM, and I loved him right away.
He dreams of chaos, and wants to rule all of equestria in chaos itself. He almost succeeded in doing this, if not for twilight sparkle and spike. He's never serious, and always ready to laugh with his chocolate milk!
19: Dimitri rascalov

Dimitri, come on you gotta love this guy though. He's a selfish damn bastard!! And only thinks about himself.
He's been using you since you met him, forcing you to kill his best friend. Dimitri is arrogant and that is in the end also his own downfall when he has no one left to trust anymore when he faces niko.
20: Raymond Sullivan

Sullivan was already at the start of the game during the outbreak. And as soon as you see him
You already notice he's some arrogant type of character.
But he's been fooling people from the start, caused the outbreak with his company
And all that, for just money. And he shows he's the bad guy as soon as chuck finds it out.
I just love the fight between him and chuck, he's pretty tough

I also loved the Nightcrawler commander and the Phase commander.
Both hired forces, but still a force to be reckoned with.
I grew up playing the demo when people actually would download them.
Once I could buy the gold edition, I did -- Than f.e.a.r2, and than f.e.a.r3
I don't care what they say about the series: I love them!
Well, re-thinking it now, I actually think Amon deserves the top spot
As much as I adore and love the joker and heath's performance.
I just love Amon as a villain more, he was vile .. cunning, strong & smart, he had everything a good villain needs.
A speech, a goal, a past, a good look, mask and all, a good voice actor, my god.. it's the best!
Nah, that part can be easy to argue with
Dracula is a good guy -- Even in Avengers there is a Dracula villain now ..
If only he would've said: WHAT IS A MAN! .. Than I would roll laughing

Of all the Jokers in the DC Universe, why just Heath?

Of every Joker, I couldn't resist not taking the version of Heath ledger.
I've seen several appearances of the joker, no doubt!
Mark hamill, his joker in the animated series, the one of arkham city.
If I gotta pick the best joker for voice acting, than he earns that one!
Though, I can't deny Troy did a great job as Joker himself too.
Both having great performances.
But the reason I took Heath, is for his performance on screen.
Sure, I've seen scenes of jack nicholson when he did the Joker too.
And he probably did a nice job as the Joker, but it was the version of Heath I loved better than his, or the other jokers on cartoons.
The way they introduced him, the way he spoke, laugh, his appearance was just disturbing ..
Seeing Heath ledger I was like, is he really the joker?? I wouldn't have figured that out.
He did such great job, making the joker quite funny at some parts, but also just a plain insane anarchist.
Doing anything he can just to break the law, to fight batman, and to have fun while doing so.
With Jack nicholsons Joker, I didn't see the psychopath.
Sure, he did some wacko stuff too, but every Joker does that, thats the character.
But Heath's performance blew me away, and every time I see a scene with his Joker, it still does.
Mark did a good job as Joker himself, and I love the arkham city Joker too. The guy just creates such nice verson of the Joker.
But it can't top the performance of Heath.
For a good example: When both Jack and Heath are falling off a roof, and finaly being defeated.
You can easily see wich Joker is the ultimate clown.
Jack screams to his death, and fell, still having a toy to do a last laugh.
Heath fell with joy, and madness, as he was surprised to be pulled back up.
Those scenes easily show which Joker does it.
Sure, his plans too!
Heath showed that no one can screw with him.
Not the cops, not batman, not the mafia, no one.
Even without rules, he had rules, he managed to corrupt everyone.
As much as I loved bane vs batman in the third, it was the last fight in the second movie, that really did it to me.
Seeing that clown beat up batman with some dogs and a pipe, was just perfect!

*Nag* Alright, to correct you on Clockwerk's age, he's actually about 3700 years old, canonically.
*Emerald* Clockwerk's hatred has prevented him from dying, even in death. He hated the Coopers for so long and ended up becoming completely immortal as a result. Clockwerk's also not completely dead in the Second Game, as the Hate Chip was only a conduit for the Owl's hatred to spread and allow his body to function. Clockwerk's still alive, just lying low, watching, waiting, playing the pieces just right.

I mean, his eye was actually found in the fourth game!

Agreed, there are some pretty unknown characters around
Fair said: I think, Sullivan, Harlan, Gol and the Surgeon are less known
I suppose its because there in the more older games and less known too
I doubt alot of people would even know Dementium the ward
Or other characters get higher places..
I actually wanted to add a different type of list though
I'm familiar with alot of Movie and disney villains like scar, and others
And, 100 other villains will be far more evil than these
But, there really are SO many villans ..
Honest, I had no idea who to add when I had 15 added
It was quite difficult with so many..!
