Peut-etre it was supposed to be a deviant. I could see it as one. Lots of effort means lots of...deviants? Not sure. Very oekaki-ish though. Can see why maybe not a deviant. Isn't there a new oekaki category now?
Interesting texture for the hair? May seem rude, but why'd you put on there? I like it on the shirt. And how the swirly-mist goes over the shirt as well. Color choice is impeccable.

Yep this was tones and textures ^^! Funnily(?) (is that a word?), I intended to make this a deviation, but I skipped it when I was doing my massive clump-uploading spree, so I put it in scraps cause I missed it
