I heart this guy! By the way, did you know that the ghosts in that show weren't actually dead people, they were just spirits from another dimension? That was kinda weird when I first heard that. It kinda did seem like all of the characters really could have been someone in a former life.

Where did you hear this? :0 It's a nice idea, actually! Makes things a bit alien-like though. But that could just be me remembering the Avengers. Or the fact I watched doctor strange. That movie is like a better avatar movie, just with less "bald kid goes on adventure" thing. Also less suck. Because the avatar movie sucked.

I heard it on a video called "107 facts about Danny Phantom"
And I figured that they made it so that the Ghosts were from another dimension because Danny Phantom is a kid's show and the ghosts being dead people might be a bit morbid for kids.
Though I'm sure there are points in the show where they forget that, such as perhaps what you just mentioned.Β

Kid's shows in the early 2000s were more open to things like dead people and stuff. Heck, you had a huge smorgasbordΒ of that with invader zim, courage the cowardly dog, and stuff.

((but then again there was also ren&stimpy oh my lord do you remember that wacky show? Man that show was WEIRD. Soo soooooo weird. I still have that stupid happy happy joy joy song stuck in my head and I watched that episode when I was like 4 dude. )

I actually don't remember much from Ren and Stimpy: dad never let me watch it. But I remember it being super freaking gross.
as for Zim and Courage, those shows were messed the Beep up. I liked Courage though. Courage struck a good balance between absurdist comedy and psychological horror. That's pretty hard to do in a kids show, but they did it.Β
I wonder if it'll ever get a re-boot...
