I figured out what it is that keeps me hooked on your comics no matter what. Your character interaction is amazing. The way you convey it is amazing. The panels, the dialogue, the gritty graphite look... everything focuses on the two characters and how they interact, even when it's just side characters. It's a shame it doesn't sound like Cas will ever get competition for Seit's heart, though. I would love to see someone give him a run for his money.

That's honestly one of the sweetest compliments I've ever received.
I have always sort of tried to focus around the characters and their individual motivations - making the plot transform on their demand instead of the other way around. This is the first time I've had a sure indication towards success. Thank you so much. *hugs*
As for Cas's competition: he might not have an actual romantic one, but he's certainly fighting both lycanthropy and suicidal inclinations for Seit's heart. *sigh*

Aww, thanks. ^_^ I'm glad you feel that way. 
I'm also glad you felt a sure indication that you succeeded in your efforts. I certainly do feel like you have. And you don't "cop out" with CGI or font balloons, which I find even more impressive. It allows more room for the characters to mold the plot. I can't even imagine what it's like for you to sketch it, shade it, do all the paneling, texting, etc. without smearing it.
I know you need to keep a certain "mood" to the story, but I do really wish there was another actual romantic one. xD Or at least some motherly type that is determined to take Seit in. However, it's not just mood, but character. Seit is really difficult to be around. He's worse than a PMSing teenage girl. There aren't many that would be able to match his stubbornness.
And yes, the lycanthropy and suicidal inclinations are definitely steep competition.

You think too much of me, honestly. I'm just too stubborn to go about creating this comic any other way than I want to. It's my emotional outlet, in many ways, and so I don't want it to become anything remotely akin to 'work'.
*chuckle* You're pretty spot on there. It'll take something like Cas's obsessive nature and oversized confidence to cope.
