You're very good at shading, especially compared to me. I can't shade very well. I also can't draw noses to save my life, but that has partially to do with the shading thing.
I can see something in the eyes, and that I like. However, I must inquire-- do you draw original characters, by any chance?

It's been years since I've tried original characters. I usually need a reference to get proportions right. Was there something you had in mind?
