I love how you used last year's christmas piece with santa and his incredibly nippy reindeer as the tattoo on this santa's arm. I also love the "Not quite totally grey yet" look on santa. That look is really working for me.
Overall the piece is realy festive and fun. The facial expressions on the 'elves' are getting a bit exaggerated but I don't think it's too bad, considering the context of the piece.
If I were to pick on something, it would be that I don't think that all their feet would line up on the same ground plane if we extrapolated their leg poses down that far. It seems to me that Santa would have to be standing forward of both of the elves, judging on his estimated foot position, and he is clearly standing behind them, so it creates a little bit of a mental disconnect.
Really though, you make an impression that is difficult to complain about, and as always, this is me really scraping for something to improve upon. A belated Merry Christmas to you too, and thank you for sharing your work!
