I'm applying for her. Design heavily inspired by my pretty betta, Indigo. Sooooo tired of highlighting scales XD.She is a draik from neopets.com
edit: just changed some things to match her character better, fixed the forward ship. I couldnt see the photo enough to trace it so had to find another ship. and added bubbles.

Thus just looks so awesome. The colours make her really mysterious, and it's almost as if they glow! o_O And them fins are great, I would die doing that much detail xD
