Species Guide: Frost Pony Species Guide , Longma Species Guide and Longni Species Guide

Hail Storm was once a normal Longma, but after getting caught in a snowstorm in the Crystal Mountains, he was reborn as a Frost Longma, a Longni. During his time as a normal Longma he was known to be very adventurous, he loved exploring new areas and when he heard about the magic of the Crystal Mountains he jumped at the chance to go. Little did he know that his life would change that day. After the snowstorm subsided he found himself waking up with a crowd of interesting looking ponies around him all talking and dancing around excitedly. After inspecting himself he knew that the stories he had heard were true, the Frost Ponies were real and he was now one of them as well. Some may have been saddened by this but he was actually very excited, it would allow him to explore the coldest of the cold places without getting sick or cold, and he had a number of new friends because of it too.

Hail's Longma magical trait allows him to create little clouds that produce hail and snow, it was once something different but changed after he was reborn, as his freezing caused his destiny to change. He mainly uses this during Fall Wrap Up season when a number of the other Frost ponies go around Equestria helping ponies get ready for winter. It's very helpful in getting the natural snow clouds to start producing snow.
