Here is my second MYO from the Aqua Equos MYO event awhile back! I loved how Tarasque came out but then THIS happened. He turned out so good, especially the colors and I just, eeep. <3 I knew the moment I was done his sketch, I wanted him to be a huge buff asshole. I don't think I have enough of those yet. owo I mean look at that smug ass face, what's not to love about him? And he was so so so fun to make too, if you couldn't tell I love shark ponies. ALL OF THE FINS! Raver helped me by digitally lining my sketches cause he is bae.

Personality: Demersus is a bully and a brute, and proud of it too. He has a bad attitude and isn't afraid to cause some trouble to get what he wants, be it through actions or words. He is very boastful and cocky, often boasting about how strong he is and how none can match him, and he has a sailors dirty mouth. He is also very aggressive and somewhat thick headed, and very very stubborn. He isn't really chummy with anypony, and doesn't have any respect. There is a slight shred of a soft side in him that he never shows when others are around. He cares for his baby shark friend, Chomp, and will sometimes chase him around and play with him in the water.
Main Interests: Being Buff, Rough and Tough, Working Out, Hunting, and His Friend Chomp

Demersus is big and strongly built fellow, a kick from his hooves really packs bone shattering punch and a bite from his strong jaw can't be shaken off very easily. The powers that be built him like a shark, complete with fins, shark like eyes, and of course sharp teeth that can bite through most things. He is not well liked by anypony due to his horrible attitude, he only cares about himself and will chew out anyone who dares talk bad about him, literally. He is a fast swimmer, there are few who can out swim him in the water so if he chases you for any reason, you're in trouble. Anyone who would even think to become friends or mates with him would have to be absolutely submissive, he is his own boss and doesn't answer to anyone. If he ever does manage to find a mate that he thinks is worthy of him, they'll need to be careful, he's definitely a nibbler.

Demersus usually sticks to darker parts of the ocean, with his dark coloring he can easily stalk prey from the shadows. He doesn't often leave the ocean, seeing as it's his best element, but when he does he can usually be found pumping some iron and showing off on the beach. Swimming on its own can't maintain his strong bod after all. He's been known to pick fights with other stallions when he visits the land, usually with other meatheads like himself who talk back to him when he gloats. As one could assume, his diet consists of a lot of fish, he needs lots of protein to keep him shape, and to keep the energy he needs to catch even bigger, faster prey. Though he can use magic if he chooses, he's chosen his physical brawn over magical knowledge, and opts to use his horn as a weapon instead.

All in all Demersus is simply just an unpleasant stallion, but there is one who doesn't think of him as such, and that is his little friend Chomp. Chomp the baby shark is the only living creature that he currently cares for. He makes sure the baby is well fed, giving him his fill of prey before he himself digs in. He will even play with the cute little thing when he knows no one is around, often playing hide and seek as well chase with him. Demersus feels like a father to him, he found him as a tiny pup, a runt for sure. Shark mothers don't stick around to take care of their young, but it was sure that this little guy needed some TLC. Cue the most unlikely pony finding him, and seeing something in him that reminded him of himself when he was younger. Demersus wasn't always the big angry brute he is now, sometimes that's just what life ends up turning us into.
