I haven't drawn my adorable Silvee for a while. But I was the mood for a "capture" picture of somesort, and I chose Silver to be my victim. So, you may be able to guess his binding job is curtesy of Shade. (me.)
Shade: Yeah uh, SilverWolf (talking to me), I'm gonna invade for a minute. (turns to audience.) You're probably wondering why the heck I would tie Silvee up. The answer simply: I wanted to see if he could escape without using his powers for a change. Oh, but don't worry, those shackles around his ankles don't disable his powers. But they do maintain a pretty good hold on him. Speaking of, you're probably wondering where the heck I got a pair of cuffs from. *whispers* I snuck over to Tails' workshop one day and had him make a pair for me. Then I brought them home and hid them in my room in a place where Silver would never think to look. *grins mischeviously* I'm so mean! And when I say that, I'm speaking on behalf of the artist who drew this picture.

Phew! I get the floor back again! Now, that chain and collar around Silver's neck really have no business being there; but the picture was a bit empty and missing something without it. And I certainly can't remove it now. Sorry Silvee. *shrugs apologetically*
Silver: (thinking in his head because of the tape on his mouth) I can't believe I let her talk me into this!
Me: I can hear your thoughts Silvee.
Silver: (thinks) Crap!
Me: Heard that too.
