It's the one and only Aaron Dismuke
Voice actor best known as Alphonse Elric (Full Metal Alchemist) and a few other anime he's in but don't know/watch/know about.
He was so nice to let me take his portrait at Colossalcon. this is my second time meeting him.
(first saw him at Ohayocon 2010)

I wa at the convention and i was wrath from fma the little kid wrath.... i'm as skinny as him.. and i got to hug him and when i did... it felt like i was hugging myself!
