Er, what do you mean? Octavio doesn't have any Salmonids directly next to him. He's surrounded by Octos. But since it's not colored in I guess depth is hard to make out! Oops!
Unless you mean the one with the prominent scales in the foreground. That's a Goldie, one of the Boss Salmonids. They appear during Rush, Goldie Seeking and Fog. (and also in the tutorial.)

Well it damn well did! XD hell I kinda want to make my own sort of thing with Salmonid‘s now XD like I have one specific idea in mind that isn’t in game and he’ll may never be. But the idea to me at least is a pretty damn cool one that I’m actually gonna draw.
