awww, poor buizel's float color got deflated!
"Dude! What happened to you!?"
"My Floatie got deflated!"
so.. this idea came to me, when reading one of my pkmn cards that commented about buizel's float collar xD so.. yes. Lol.
I had help with coloring
was so kind to color the deflated buizel (and shade) while I colored the one who is horrified. was even more generous when i asked her to shade the buizel i colored xD

i got the idea from a commercial with kids wearing their blow up floaties and stuff. and i know that floaties can be deflated so then with buizel having an inflatable collar, the idea just popped into my head xDD
