Took it upon myself to make an entry for contest.I really wanted this to be so much better than it turned out but any talent I thought I had abandoned me once I started colouring. And then the colour with insane... thus why it's all sepia...ish. *shrug* at least I did SOMETHING I guess. Yeah I know it was only one day but I can rarely manage to work on something for longer than 8 hours without throwing my laptop across the room. SIGH.

DANG - best picture of you yet?
Very nice anatomy, even if you're mostly drawing foxes, it looks nothing like one. The colour scheme isn't beatable as well. And on top of it, I love this peaceful atmosphere and the glowing blossoms ... fine shading details on the chest, though most of the picture is blurred due to the pespective.

It's so beautiful! I love the fur texture on her neck and chest, the way her head is slightly upturned to look at the blossoms, and the pose overall.

So I don't need to keep the full size file on my computer.
So it's available for the person it's for to download easily should they ask.
Because it's easier than creating multiple sized versions of the same file just to upload places.
Because in my 6 or so years of uploading onto DA and doing exactly this you're the first and only person who has given a shit.

Oh wow, that was fast - and this came out beautiful! I agree with iFoxSpirit, the sepia tones on this are gorgeous, and coupled with the style (it's almost watercolor or acyllic-like painting in places, very lovely shading), it looks really unique.

Heh, and it felt like it took years to draw. I love Kohu's design. That dark fade with the white markings just cutting through it... I dunno why but it's really satisfying. I'm so glad you like it :3
