Mustβve been hard for him to get work after not being in continuity with the Transformers anymore.

The Mechano thing is from Avengers, Volume 1, number one!
Hulk was hiding with a circus, juggling elephants among other things.

It's fair to say that after how pissed off Deaths Head got with the Doctor (slyly refernced here) a conversation with Hulk may be more of his level. Or not so much a conversation as a huge bar fight. Either way, me likey.

Love this stuff Si. I think the slightly rougher inks really give it an edge, nice greyscale work too. You should definitely do your vampire strip in this style.

This is really, really nifty. Your art has a style all its own, yet it manages to evoke the old-school Buscema era of the Hulk to tremendously nostalgic effect, and the central idea of the story is extremely clever too. (Seriously, if this comic has existed in the 70s, how cool would it have been for the long-haul readers to see all of Death's Head's future knowledge slowly come to pass over the next 40 years?) I'd absolutely love to see more of this!

Seriously? Okay. The Hulk's past history isn't something I'm good with other then the standards.

Oh I don't know about brutality before the second punch....
so the last bit of narration seems over-much at this point in the tale.
If it was later in the story, after a few punches have taken place on panel, and presumably a few off-panel and in-between panels, it would make more sense.
So where it is right now, it's kinda choreographing the story wayyyyy too early.
Says I.

Well, yeah. Generally if someone takes you out with the first punch, it's called "cool, effective", "fire-and-forget", etc.
If he pounds on you after it may not be necessary, that is brutal. Is Hulk a brutal opponent? Sure! Would an opponent get the impression after the first punch? Well, you're learning, so I'm not condemning, just critiquing.
If you weren't learning I wouldn't bother condemning anyway.
