Wow, when I read the novel I never knew Kariya was this old. But I love this picture overall, it shows how much Kariya wants to save Sakura from Zouken.

Kariya isn't old, his hair is white and his skin is blemished because of the strain that Zoken's worms put on his body.
Poor guy, he deserved the grail the most out of everyone in the war. Not even Kiritsugu and his misappreciation for lives should have survived this guy.
