Isn't it amazing what you might find if you are just willing to go outside?

So, I decided to make 'Winter' series, because it seems like I have more than one winter kind of looking pictures. Well, at least to me they represent the beautiful part of winter.
Things like this makes the cold winter worth it, honestly. And I'm sad when I know that not all people get to experience such things as these. I think things like gorgeously frozen water and all the other things you might find in winter are amazing, they make me happy for a moment when I find them from somewhere. I wish everyone could experience something like this, at least once in their life.

This picture is taken from about 5kms from my home, I had never been there before but I had heard about river/rapids and I wanted to go to see it. I honestly loved it, it was awesome and hopefully I will get to go there sometime again. One reason why I like this picture is that it somehow looked like the ice would have been part of the water too, part of the wave.
