Thank you! I know exactly what you mean about it being sharper and stuff and i agree... not quite sure why Marth didnt happen like that though... hmm.

i think i just tend to worry about the tiny details too much and what other people will notice. I've destroyed many drawings of him coz i couldnt get his hair right! but i'm gonna leave this one alone now.

this is true...but it does look smoothe and silky whilst being scruffy in SSBB... i just wish it looked a little shinier on this.
but meh, if you think it looks fine i wont mess with it anymore

let us remember Peter Howson from art history. he had the drive and madness to redo his '3 faces' so many times but we are not him. In my honest opinion you have Ike Perfect and I would not even attempt to retouch upon it.

my work is for me, but i like other peoples ideas, knowing what they think of my stuff. it just makes me wanna keep drawing knowing there are people that like looking at my work
but yes, i'm with you on that, always what feels right... i just started to do a drawing like these of Link... but he looks way too evil lol!

unfortunatly i've only got/played Twilight Princess(i'd love to get the old ones on the snes!)... not quite completed it yet, i wanna take my time coz its so good.
so, shadow Link.. hmm. i started the picture again with a much better reference... he still looks evil, but i think its coz he doesnt have pupils! lol

yeah, i've been told that's the best one. i think you can download it, i'll have to have a look. i'm pretty sure its the one thats a demo on SSBB.
i've done the basic colours for Link now, just some shadows, highlights and a background to go!
