This is lovely, Misty.
Thirty minutes? Amazing.
Okay here we go.
The shading is very good. His pose and expression are also epic. The little smile on his face is stunning.
The eye is very good, but there should be a little of his other eye seen right next to the hair.
I love the way you put the white into his hair, and made the blue of his eye become darker. The eyebrow also doesn't look out of place, unlike almost everyone elses art.
However, his ears do seem a little small.
