Description So I finally made something like a chibi style, still could use a little more planning and improvement, it's not as derpy cute as everyone else's but whatever;;;

I'm on a serious kick after I finished coloring Duke for 'you know what'.
Also, I totally misspelled the name, It's called Noivern. XD It's one of the new gen X&Y Pokemon as well.

I found him just earlier today.

I really love his tassel arm, and his overall design seems reminiscent of WindWaker so there may be a bit of a bias XD
