The use of varying degrees of focus is inspired. It provides a lot of movement without using the usual cliches. The few strands of flying hair, the tension created by your hand pulling on the heel and your flexed legs and feet add to the energy.
The makeup (the long lashes, the lip gloss, the highlighted cheeks) is more finished and refined than some of your other shots; less of the raw energy exuded in those. Here your complicity is hinted at; less a vicitim than a participant. Your expression, the angle at which you're holding your head supports this; this is a woman whose erotic interests are complex, well developed and probably not simply sated.
RudyRed's notes about the straps and the bonds is apt. The fact that they're perpendicular to one another is a nice, subtle touch. The lines of the feet and legs are nice. Another provocative, interesting shot.

Interesting use of depth of field. In drawing attention away from the model's nudity and focusing instead on the more innocuous parts - feet and face - you give this picture a level of dignity and sophistication above a lot of fetish portraiture on here. I also like how the strappy shoes echo the rope patterns.

veins on the hands and feet could be toned down...unless you want that. Also watch the knuckels.
