I miss seeing him in your style, m'dear !! ;///; When you draw him, I "feel" him in your lines, in your colors.. like he's seriously present here. It's so heartwarming ( it's funny, cause I'm wearing his hoodie today ! : D ) and.. it touches my heart to the core. <3 I miss seeing his smile .. and here you've captured it so well.. the scar too, I said it before, but it's so important, and I'm seriously so happy whenever I see it.. ;///; I love how you shaded his face, the shadow from underneath his hood ~ And how his eyes look, he looks so challenging, so .. badass ! >v< And I love the colors in the background, it reminds me of the part where we have to climb the large building in AC3 outside.. it's so nice. I always smile so much when I see him in my messages from you, I can't wait to see more of him

Ah, your comments are always a pleasure to read~ and make me want to cry. i love desmond so much, i pour it into the art and for you to recognize this is amazing, i truly have no words besides thank you.
yeah, as we talked about, that scar is so important. when i draw it it's like his ancestors are with him. it makes me happy because it is such a small detail that completes him.
i love the shadows hoods make on the face! and i wanted to keep his eyes obscure because i feel he has such compassionate eyes, which is odd for an assassin, like he hasn't lost his empathy. but of course he is confident enough to take an enemy on, which is the challenging you mention!
and yeah, i used the color scheme from new york in AC3 ! i long for a modern game -- i guess this is my way of pleading, haha

I love talking about him, and being able to see such compassionate art with meaning like this .. it touches me so very much. Really.. <3 And reading your replies is always so nice too, you "see" him, unlike others.. and it truly means a lot. Ohh .. about his eyes, you're so right. Desmond has such empathy for others, and had only recently came to terms with who he was.. he's.. it makes him more human, I think. It's sincerely beautiful.. ♥ I agree with you, though !! I'd adore a modern game as well ! I mean - visiting ancestors is fine, it's fun to learn about time periods, but.. I find myself liking the "modern" play time a bit more than what the Animus has to offer.. XD
And of course, darling.. I'm always happy to speak about him, especially with you who understands so very well.. <3 It's hard to find words at how much I appreciate it ! *hugs~*
