Done with colored pencils and a little editing in Photoshop.In the trailers for the movie it seems like Dracula usually bursts into a swarm of bats in an instant, but for my entry in this contest, I envisioned him walking off, abandoning his humanity for a path of bloodshed, as little parts of his form shred off and fly away one bat at a time.

this is so neat, and very diff from everybody else, concept/visual wise!
it's like a more mental transformation, didn't they mention something about that in the rules? trying to depict the morph in a mental way or smthg? ... Love it anyway, nice nice job

I don't know that they said anything about a mental transformation in the rules, but they did say that he couldn't be recognizable as the actor in the movie, which I'm sure a lot of people didn't pay any attention to. I haven't really looked at a lot of the entries, but I'm glad mine is different.

Thank you very much, it was a bit of a struggle for me to get those textures right since they always come out looking a bit different after being scanned in than they do in real life.
