I have a question, if it's okay...your jeans...did you cut apart a regular pair and sew them back up to make the stripes, or...? I'm trying to figure out exactly how to go about making mine, and yours just look SO GREAT @-@'

Yes, I found a pair of jeans that fit similarly to his, then i measured out the line, cut them carefully apart, and then hemmed them back together. It took a while, but it was worth it. Thanks so much for your comment!!
