Here we are with Hook and his crew.

The Captain himself, total hottie and all round air obsessed bloke. Wicked good with a blade and all round scoundrel. The ladies love him.

Pan, formerly Hook's enemy, Pan became lonely as the only immortal of the Lost Boys, after they all left to get new homes and grow up and all that jazz. Tired of having nobody to play with, he went to the one person he had known all his life -Captain Hook.

He pleaded to be allowed to join the crew, swearing loyalty to the captain and willing to accept any punishment to be allowed to join.

Hook, expecting a trick, lashed out without hesitation and was more than a little surprised when Pan didn't move. His hook scored over the boy's eye, scarring him permenantly and Hook yanked his arm away before he ripped the boy's face in two. Hence the odd shapes scar.

Pan is playful and naughty, an expert flier and almost as good with the blade as Hook is. The scar doesn't bother him in the slightest as he thinks it makes him look rather dashing.

Hook has kind of taken him under his slightly questionable wing and raises him as a younger brother.

Smee, whose look i still haven't nailed down, is less the comic relief and more of the experienced and somewhat hard done to elder. He follows his Captain's lead, though has been known to be selective in his understanding of the orders given to him, and generally holds them together.

For some reason, i see him dressed as a priest. There's something to be said for whalloping people with the Good Book...especially if there's a flintlock hidden in it.

Tiger Lilly is there for political correctness...and tomohawks. Though i haven't decided if she's that kind of indian or another kind entirely. She might have a flying carpet...as India does actually have tigers as well as lillies and her name makes more sense that way.
