My OC Hiiro, in his alternate Xanos form, it's called two names, either his Enraged form or his Forsaken form.

Either way, he becomes a blood thirsty beast, covered in heavy armor plating, that grows naturally from his body (only when he's in this form). In this form, the longer he's in it, the more feral he becomes. He struggles to hold onto consciousness in his Enraged form, to keep his sanity.

If he's referred to as a Forsaken in this form, then that means his free will is all gone and he serves his master. He is named Destruction in this form.
