Personality & traits: he is a malevolent, twisted, narcissistic, ego-driven, demented, power-hungry, morbid, jealous and vengeful person, possessing a strong hatred for the Titanium Titan. He is prone to insane fits of laughter. He has very little regard for human life. He is also a bit untrustworthy. He is also somewhat introverted and prefers to work alone.

Bio: Brian Bradford has known Thomas Steele since they were kids. But he was always somewhat envious of Tom's superior genius and scientific prowess. Under some pressure from his parents, he studied hard and got good grades. He eventually got a job for SteelCorp, Tom's dad's company. Always fascinated by the human brain, he spending years studying the brain's structure and function. When he covertly saw that Tom developed a powerhouse suit of armor, his jealousy reached new heights. He eventually invented a special helmet that can amplify the brain's abilities. The device was a large brain-shaped helmet. He put it on, and it worked. His brain's powers were amplified fivefold, but it also unhinged his psyche. Despite realizing this, he kidnapped several people and experimented on them, wanting to know that the helmet can do. Titanium Titan discovered this and exposed him to the authorities. Brian tried to expose the Titan's secret identity, but he was discredited due to the nature of the helmet causing mental breakdowns became public knowledge.

He eventually escaped from prison and embarked on a supervillain career, calling himself 'Dr. Brain'. He is now one of the more feared supervillains in the world and a member of the Alliance of Dark Powers. He now has two main goals: to control the world and destroy the Titanium Titan.

To make matters worse, as time goes by, his sanity slowly deteriorates due to continued use of the helmet!
