I find this composition really beautiful!
Every character looks perfect in his color scheme and pose, seems like a collection, for example some of them remind me of seasons <3
But let me say the way you drew Queen is gorgeous because you caught the androgynous concept brilliantly. I love it!

I don't know why but in your style somehow I thought "hey, he can be a pop singer star" XD But then I also thought if I put him in a jacket he totally fits the prince role. Truthfully, I'm not sure whether I drew him out of his characteristics. 
Btw since I saw his reference, he gave a feeling of sunny and hot summer day in an orchard with plenty fruits. So, there's only a vest on him, completely forgot those stuffs of jacket or shirt. That's true, jacket's really fit him .

Actually, there's this contrast between his appearance and his personality. As you say, on first impresion, he's all sunny, but since he has a sad past, he puts on a cold front (so, the second impreson on him is not so good XD). But, if caught off guard, he's gentle by nature.
