A few weeks ago I got heavily inspired to draw. I got inspired to try something new, to challenge myself and to create something I never created before. The reason for my inspiration was this Polish singer called Michał Szpak.
I can't explain properly but something about him has been fascinating me when I first saw him performing on Eurovision. I know it was not the song, it was not the very well-done postcard but it was him. Somehow I could believe what he was saying and singing. This was probably why I listened to the song again, although it has not been my favourite from the contest, and I slowly got into his musical world. I made my way up to his early work and songs that have probably been recorded with a potato on the go. And I was convinced. This man is a true artist.
He can sing very well, he has a certain way to convey the message that makes me believe him and he is so very colourful. You can find songs by him that belong to so many different genres. He could sing in an opera as well as on a rock festival and still be amazing.
This is what inspired me to draw him.
Last but not least, go and support his original music on iTunes and Spotify !
Apart from that, give "Jaskolka" , "Godzina W" and "Warto jest pomagac" a listen. See how much he gets lost in music sometimes while listening to "Jeszce raz" . If you want some more, you should try his cover of "I will always love You" too. There are many more but I'll leave it up to you to discover them.

I hope you like it!
