EDIT: I noticed I still had some color wheels and words written everywhere.
EDIT2: I GOT AN A!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! HOLY. SHIT. IT'S. DONE.
I THINK.
OVER 60+ HOURS ON THIS. MY BRAIN.
For my final project in 2D we are supposed to choose a picture made before 1860, so I picked an old Nordic stone painting made in... I think the 7th century. Can't really find a specific date on that. So after picking said picture, we had to do it our way, so I did it digitally. It's original size is 20x30", so tomorrow I'm going to get this printed out. Let's see how that goes. @_@
And it's due Monday night at 6, and I finished it at 10pm Sunday night. WINNING.
The background I was completely clueless on, so I stuck a red background on it because the original has a red background to it. So... yeah. Also I was so occupied on the horse and rider that I just said "F**K THE BACKGROUND" and just scribbled in some trees. And stuff.
SO ENJOY THIS BECAUSE MY BRAIN IS BUSTED AND I'M ALL TWITCHY.

I remember looking at a million pictures of horses when drawing this guy, and on the side I remember tracing some legs just so I could understand anatomy enough to try taking a crack at drawing the legs I wanted to draw. xD Horse anatomy is tough. D:

Drawing animals has never been my strong suit and I'm just learning to draw human anatomy and more dynamic poses, so...yeah.

It takes maaaany years of practice, so don't give up! I started off drawing animals so trying to draw human bodies is still pretty tough for me (what are shoulders). For some reason what helped me the most is, get this, watching AMV music videos with epic songs featuring a mosh pit of anime shows. xD Then I get to see how animators draw the characters, and it helps quite a bit. At least for me anyway lol.
The best advice I can give is have fun with what you're drawing. When you have fun drawing, you start showing more improvement as time goes on. With every drawing you get better and better and you learn something new each time. I believe in youuuuuuu~!
