This is the Makarov PMM. The PMM is Russian made, and fires an improved 9x18mm round, it can hold up to 12 rounds in a magazine. The polygon count for this model is about 930 polygons.This model was made for the Renegade Alert total conversion (www.renalert.com) for Renegade.
