Gender: Female
Race: Grey Elf
Age: 122
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 105 lbs
Size: Medium
Eye Color: Violet
Hair Color: Silver

Appearance
Silky hair of shiniest silver flows loosely down Azkadellia’s back to her hips. It’s held away from her face and behind her shoulders by a small patch of hair above her temples intertwined with a delicately braided gold chain clasped together at the crown of her head with a diamond and emerald pin. Her violet eyes shift shades slightly with her emotions, the only real expression on her regal elven face, growing darker with negative emotions and lighter with positive ones.

The grey elf wears a dark green cloak of finest brocade trimmed with dark purple elven runes, clasped below the neck by a gem encrusted platinum brooch in the shape of a lotus, over a finely stitched regal dress (she has several different color schemes and styles) with an intricately woven belt and pouch of various colors of a dragon hide, a pair of dark green boots of the most supple dragon hide adorn her feet. Jewelry of various sorts graces her lithe body; exquisitely crafted rings on the slender first and third finger of each hand, an amulet which dangles on a gold necklace around her neck, gold bands on her wrists and upper arms, and diamond studs pierced into the tips of each ear.

The only weapon Azkadellia readily has seen on her is a royal filigree ornate rapier, which she keeps hung about her hips when not in hand.

Personality
Azkadellia vi Faenura is aloof and haughty, typical for one of her race, but she doesn’t let that rule over the personality traits others associate with her. She generally acts friendlier to those she considers her lessers, which is nearly every mortal she meets, though she holds no being as friend beyond her trusty familiar, Cheko. The barest hint of anything new to read, especially if it pertains to arcane matters, always gains much of her attention. Slow to anger about trivial matters, she is slower to forgive any true offense against her.

Background
Azkadellia vi Faenura, the third, and last child born, but the only daughter into the Royal Family of the Helynnyn Forest. Born in a high tower of the castle atop a high mountain peak during a gentle winter morning.

Her mother, the Eternal Elf Queen, doted on and fussed over her relentlessly, like she had all her children, but did nothing to smother the young elfling’s happiness as an infant or young toddler. Her brother, Soltarion, the second born, was her favorite playmate, being only a decade older he was near her age. Their father spent much time with his children, though there were months that would go by when he was far too busy with royal duties to share more than a meal and a short bed story. Her elder brother was rarely seen, and all but ignored Azkadellia.

Tutors and scholars, sword masters and expert archers, and always her brother, made up the bulk of her company during the adolescent and young adult years. She learned all the skills and arts expected of the Royal line, though she spent far less time on some things than either sibling had. As a youth she was often amused by riding out and losing her guardians for a bit, and though she was always chastised for this she never let that get in the way of a few free hours to go where she wished with her faithful mount.

She has always been interested in texts. Because of her love of books, her father felt it appropriate to apprentice her as a Lore Keeper for her people. After reading through countless books in the archives, she began to notice repeated mentions of an ancient set of scrolls that contain a great power.

Upon delving more into the texts, she has come to the belief that, through extensive research, these ancient scrolls and tablets, crafted by now-ancient hands, contain deep within its magical runes a first-hand accounting of the creation and evolution of this world and its people. She believes that these writings still exist, and are locked away somewhere, waiting to be rediscovered.

She looks very stately! Good job on the 3/4 profile, too!

Oh! Thank you! She's a very old sketch... perhaps 5 years now, maybe? I was just throwing her on here cause I've been thinking to get commissions of her Blood Elf version; those artists need a reference you know! ^-^;
