Heheh, it is quite inspiring to see so many little details drawn on a single image.
I find it relaxing.

You are welcome.
This makes me think you have been drawing for a considerable amount of time, mind.

This is a fantastic scene, with an especially impressive castle with those charming vertical curves in the conical roofs and even some of the outside walls. It gives a more majestic feeling and perhaps even makes the compound seem even bigger. (By the forest in front, plus the windows and their size, it's pretty clear that this place is pretty big to begin with.) I also love how the castle seems to emerge right out of the hills and forest, as if those are actually part of its roots. Yet it also has clean edges and delicate shapes, adding a bit more contrast to nature without clashing.
The scenery is pretty terrific too, and with some nice fluffy clouds drifting by to give the background more life. (The birds are pretty cool with that too.) As always, the little details, like studs on the roofs, tracery, flag, etc. lend more of a real feeling; I find myself thinking about the massive planning and effort involved to build a place like this (or any of the real castles in difficult places.)
The stylized border is nifty too, but is it meant to have some special purpose or meaning? The other little details, like rocks and faux frayed edges, add a lot of charm too. Thanks for another great Inktober fantasy.

Really nice work, and I like how you've done the border.
