until my mom told me a cut like that looks stupid and that i should have flipped it around which i agree looked
at the least , a bit more realistic

Can I use this for my website? I'll edit the image into different shape, but you'll get credits for it. I wish you'll answer soon, it's just a school project, but later might be something big, so I wish you give me permission to use it even in commercial use.

however, it's very realistic, the cut looks raw like the surface of the finger should be, also very good camera and zoom. Well done! ^^

your mom has clearly never tried to pry open a can of applesauce, cuz that's very close to what happened when i did-minus the tons of blood that came out. it's just, that tip-side edge.. when i did it, it was like a flap...

the cut looks more realistic and it blends in better the way it is because of your finger prints. verrrry believable!
