At first glance I thought this was about Eponine; actually she and Fantine both pine after a man they loved, and suffer loneliness in poverty. This is such beautiful work!

beautiful. Pics like this make me want to pull out my watercolors and just try to make some pretty with them (I've never been able to, but maybe I'll try again). Thanks for the inspiration.
