My little contribution to the Battlelords 'verse. A Gen-Human CEO."Gen-Human: a genetically engineered life form created from DNA of Natural-Born Humans. Clone 'Models' are genetically engineered to excel at certain functions in society and grown in vats at an accelerated rate. They are the bureaucratic figureheads and functionaries of the Galactic Alliance and the top Mega-Corporations. They also make some of the best fighter pilots in the Universe."

Basically it's just several levels of cityscape silhouettes, and many window-like dots copied and pasted over them, then colored.
Please don't ask me to do a tutorial... I'm the worst teacher in Finland.

It is not really too difficult to paint a cityscape like that. Just use paint program's selection tool! Create three or four levels of city-like silhouettes, add or reduce light and dark where appropriate, then copy & paste windows. Add some color. That's it (mostly).

Thanks for the trust, but my painting program is ancient and I work with a mouse. The layers, those necessities of the planet-shaping process, give me extra-trouble. Had I attempted a jovian planet, my hubris would have provoked Zeus, and in his fury he would have epically zapped me with the thunderous flash of failure.
