Description Some more Photoshop painting This was originally a half-figure portrait, but I wasn't entirely happy with anything but the head, so I did some chopping and cutting and now it's just a face-portrait, which I'm actually kind of happy with.

Though I realise the face of this girl isn't exciting or special in any awesome way - but she is a prime example of what the standard I'm-not-drawing-anything-or-anyone-in-particular-face that happens whenever I draw women. So that's something I wanna work on, making more individual faces. Hope you enjoy, and any helpful comments are much appreciated ^^

i love the skin tones!! and the colours in general, they seem so fragile and delicate and pretty ^^ the light falls very naturally over her face as well.

Oh, yay! Thank you for comment and fav! I had sort of a sunrise kind of light in mind, with a very sharp light, but soft shadows I am happy with it ^_^

I like it! It's expressive, and the colours are very nice. I particularly like the blush on her cheeks, makes her quite life-like. Well done!

You're getting better at this photoshop thang ^^

I'm happy with how the blush came out, that is looks sort of natural, and it does bring a different kind of life to the face than if the skin was just pale and calm And thank you, I also think I'm slowly getting a hang of Photoshop! (and I've been producing a lot more digitally than I would normally produce on paper, which is sort of positive) ^_^
