Description
Made in 2005, after a trip to Lappland. Really enjoyed painting the hills
According to traditional belifs, white reindeer are bringers of luck. Dunno about white reindeer with red eyes though ^^

I can't remember how I came up with combining yellow and blue - something I don't think I'd dare doing anymore. But I'm glad you like it, I suppose being brave with colours can be worth the risk

I love the overall feeling in the piece, clean but eyecatching.
It's just a little bit awkward on the reindeer's left front leg. And the horns, seem rather unbalanced? (too big?) or perhaps it's just my eye
