There are a couple of differences to where I used to play. The first being that there wasn't (what looks like) a church in the background. It was a cemetery. And in said cemetery was a large statue of Jesus with his arms spread wide. You could see it from quite a distance away, and it always looked like it was staring straight at you. That thing had a creep-factor of 10, and was the cause of more than a few restless nights for me.

Additionally, I'm willing to bet that brook is intended to be flowing with nice, clean water. Which was how the brook near me looked. But looks can be deceiving, and it was guaranteed that if our dog went swimming in the brook he'd smell funny for a week. Happy days! Β
