This one is very interesting. My friend Spindash claims that this was heavily inspired by Metro Skyway (formerly known as Metro Nightlife), a stage from a fan game called Sonic Venture on Dreams PS4/PS5, and what you see in here proves his claim (well, at least it proved it to me), especially the PlayStation button lights and the Chao In Space 9 billboard.Also, there is a hidden joke in here that is not intended to offend anyone at all.
