I don't draw my kid oc's enough.Update on that animation, I am 17 seconds in so far but nothing it outlined or colored yet. But so far it looks good!
I'm gonna be showing it to my school in December at some Premier thing so I gotta make sure it looks good!

I have a new math/science teacher this year, and he's so awkward. Like, his first year of teaching...
I feel bad for him in a way, but he doesn't know what he's doing so it's easy to get away with things...

I'd feel more empathetic towards my animation 'teacher' if it was for any other class. But I take animation seriously because I really want to be an animator when I'm out of high school and taking college courses. So for him to be this bad at his job just makes me so freakin pissed.

It really sucks because I pretty much only have two choices for high school.
So in my district, I can have 4 years of collage free, if I do K-12 in my school district.
And I can go anywhere in my state and get a free collage, but still. I don't really want to go to either the high schools in my district.
So I think I'm going to do what one of my older friends is doing.
She's taking an animation class at our community collage after school.

You're right though, education should be free to everyone. It isn't very logical to have public school be free and then you have to pay loads of money to continue your education in college.
And don't say that, take advantage of your privileges, and hse them to help others! That's what I'd do.

Well I mean, learn what we'd like to learn. Only things we need for our careers. Like, I don't need to continue to learn science, I'm not going to use it. (probably, I don't know I'm like 13)

Trust me, science class is important. It's incredible how dangerous it is not to know science. At my school they condensed all of the math classes (algebra, calculus, geometry, etc) into one class so it's easier to learn but it makes no sense because the teachers don't know those certain forms of math.

I literally had to take the day off school today because of my anxiety and stress.

We have Unity Day for kids dealing with anxiety and stress. It really helps a lot of students. And I'm pretty sure hw is there so we actually learn the material and don't forget it. It seems pointless but we still need it. I just wish there was less of it.

plus there are kids with learning disabilities who rely on homework to teach them what's going on. For us, Summer homework only applies to the kids taking honors or AP classes. I never have to do that since I never took AP.Β
