Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so they set up aSPECIALROOM to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on a monday night at 12:00a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you and watching you bleed to death.

This is some darn fine work. ^^ The bit of green and purple on the left for an aurora (at least, I'm pretty sure that's what that is...) is a particularly nice touch, and I think it helps bring the rest of the pic together.

The piece in itself is quite good, and there are some things that are done really well. The hair and they eyes look really good, the face is also done well too. The actual way it's been painted is far better than anything I could do right now, so good work!
That said, I think there are some niggling flaws that hold it back a bit. The left hand, the one holding the spear, looks rather unnatural and doesn't seem to be gripping the spear to me. In fact, it almost looks as though the spear was added after the hand had been drawn. In fact, the spear and the background seem to clash with the aesthetic of the actual character to me at least. The neck seems a little too thin and could possibly be widened a little. Also, I can't put my finger on what it is exactly, but the lower body seems a little... off. She also doesn't seem to balanced, he legs are a little too far back, and it looks like she might stumble forward at any time.
Anyhow, hope I wasn't too negative. Over all it's still good, but I think touching upon those aspects would help improve it vastly.
