I have to agree with NickByDeath, I do feel the chin might be a little too rounded, but that could just as well be her bone structure as opposed to an ascetic choice. As well I have to agree on the breasts I feel a little more roundness would add more appeal to it.
I did see with the legs, it feels like to me the blending isn't quite up to par with the rest of the painting. Beyond that, I love the texturing of the armor and background, and a wonderful choice with the flame/blood effects. I am definitely adding this to my favorites, I love the techniques.

First I will start with the thing I don't like about this piece and that is the characters chin, I feel its too long and pointy, its a bit masculine, I feel it should be smaller and more round and I also just noticed that the chest area you can see that you have been cutting out bits and its too flat, I feel that also so be rounder. while it looks amazing the viewer angel is a tad off as the top half of her torso and face looks like your looking at her with her back arched and from a below view where the rest looks like your looking at her from a normal one and being at her height so throws it a bit off if you remember how the body works as well as perspective but overall looks great the coloring and lighting/shadows are balanced. the wings and smokey background might get a bit blurred together due to lack of clear definitions and harsh blacks but its what also keeps the rest of it soft and subtle instead drawing the eyes to all the white and reds instead.

I have one simple question. HOW DO YOU GET YOUR ARTWORK TO LOOK SO SMOOTH?! I cant get that same look, the closest i've ever gotten is with this picture

Hi, I suggest you to use hard round brush on photoshop first, make planes, and then use soft round brush to soften it.
Another way is that you can use smudge tool on photoshop or blur to on SAI.

Beautiful. Looks exactly like what I imagine a queen of darkness would look like. Torturing, terrifyingly beautiful, but also very dark and powerful. She embraces the darkness. I really like this dark fantasy art.

I think this looks fine. Personally I don't think the chin looks bad and variety is good, better than everything having a generic all-american gung-ho square breeze block head! woo!
