just practising. Yes I know I messed up the perspective. Its bugging me, but I won´t fix it, I will make more paintings instead.Related content

I cant see whats wrong with the perspective. Looks fine to me.
How did you render your rocks?

It is the house on one of the cliffs. You should not be able to see he actual roof ot if. You should be looking at it, as if it were above you. That is where i messed up the perspective.
For the rocks, I use some texture photos, on an overlay layer, and then I paint over it with texture brushes.

But probably you imagined the scene in a different way
The Cliff is not high enough for you to be unable to see the roof of the house
It would be easier to depict scale if you have a human figure to compare the environment to
It depends on whose "Eyes" we are seeing through in this scene
Is it a human, a giant, or an ant.
Placing something that we can relate to e.g. A person
Will help your viewers understand the message of the piece

I used perspective lines. And when I painted over them, I totally forgot about them when I painted the house.

really love the composition and the perspective in this, its really effective

Still a pretty well rendered piece if I say so myself. Overall I love the texture rendered in the rocks.
